Last week, the Wildomar City Council approved a proposed 288-unit apartment project on a vacant 12.89-acre site.

The applicant, Trammel Crow Residential, will construct the 288-units within 9 buildings with about 32 units per building laid out in a semicircular fashion due of the odd shape of the parcel. The design layout of each unit will be either a “flat” or “townhouse” design. There are 20, 1-bedroom units and 12, 2-bedroom units in each building evenly distributed throughout the site. Each unit will direct access to the interior landscaped paseo, via a sidewalk, while many of the units directly face the paseo. Patios and balconies are provided.

The 1-bedroom units range in size from 684 square feet to 1,073 square feet, while the 2-bedroom units range in size from 1,073 square feet to 1,164 square feet.
