The project is also proposing 75 parking spaces of which there will be two points of vehicular access to the project site, one on Solana Way and the other on Via De Vida. The project is also providing the required motorcycle and bicycle parking spaces.
The architectural design by Irwin Partners Architects is of a Tuscan architectural style with Spanish influence that incorporates appropriate color and materials, s-tile roof, stone, arched colonnades and windows, columns.
