A proposal to construct 65 attached, single-family residences in the Beach Boulevard Specific Plan Area heads to the Anaheim Planning Commission on August 17.

The project proposed by Greenlaw Partners and DeNova Homes plans to construct a series of 4-plex to 9-plex buildings that would be approximately three-stories tall, with 10 two-bedroom units, 45 three-bedroom units, and 10 four-bedroom units. The project will also include 130 garage parking spaces and 63 open parking stalls.

Located at 208-224 North Beach Boulevard, the project will have a total of 17,339 square feet of recreational area with 13,000 square feet designated as common area. The common area improvements would include paseos, an interior community gathering space, barbeque, and picnic tables. All common areas would be owned and maintained by the homeowner’s association.

Woodley Architectural Group will design a series of modern buildings with a mix of stucco, siding, wrought iron and stone accents. Low pitched hip roofs would create a pedestrian scale to the buildings. The colors would be a blend of modern earth tones that would cohesively tie together the project.
