Later this week, the Palm Spring Planning Commission will consider a previously approved mixed-use development project after the developer decided to propose a new small change.

The applicant, KOAR Institutional Advisors, LLC, is requesting one change to the approved site plan through the final planned development process in order to add vehicular and pedestrian gates to separate the residential portion of the complex from the retail building at the corner of the site.

Approved back in 2020, the Living Out project would build a three-story, 122-unit apartment complex with three wings radiating out from a central core and with an amenity package including a dog park, swimming pool, hot tubs, extensive gardens, and walking paths, dining, meeting rooms, fitness center, and structured parking.
