During last night’s meeting, the Anaheim City Council approved a four-story mixed-use development project located at 1600 West Lincoln Avenue.

The development by KNT I Enterprises would consist of 315 residential units, 3,413 square feet of commercial space and a parking structure. The 5.25 acre-site currently contains an automobile dealership, auto repair shop and storage facilities.

The parcel is located in a General-Commercial zoned area in the General Plan, and would be re-zoned as Mixed-Use High in order to accommodate this project.

The residential portion of the project would be comprised of 64 studio units, 135 one-bedroom units and 116 two-bedroom units. The commercial spaces of the project would be located on the ground level and would consist of general retail and fast-casual restaurants.
