The Sunrise Assisted Living Facility proposed by Sunrise Senior Living would consist of a total of 95 rooms and 115 beds, 64 assisted living rooms, and 31 memory care rooms for Alzheimer’s patients and individuals with memory loss. The building would also contain a facility kitchen, common areas including a foyer, a parlor, a bistro, a private dining room, general dining rooms, an activity room, and a staff room. The building would be two to three stories above existing grade, and a partially subterranean parking garage with 61 parking spaces. In total the building would have a total of 79,772 SF of floor area.
