64 Townhomes Planned in the City of Wildomar

Earlier this week, the City of Wildomar announced a proposed residential project located at Monte Vista Drive and Summer Sage Way.

The project proposed by Pacific Coves Investments would construct 64 two-story townhomes and an 18,800-square-foot recreation center. The proposed townhomes will be 31.2 feet tall and constructed in a single phase with the opening year of 2023. The duration of construction activities associated with the project is estimated to be approximately 12 months.

Designed by Kevin L Crook Architect, the exterior of the proposed townhomes would be beige stucco with white wood siding, teal wood window shutters, and brown shingle roofing.

The City will be processing the following applications in the coming months: General Plan Amendment, Change of Zone, Tentative Tract Map, Final Site Plan of Development.
