Today the Stanton Planning Commission will consider a proposal to develop a five-story 321-unit multifamily apartment community on three parcels of land located at 12331 – 12335 Beach Boulevard.

Bonanni Development, the project applicant, plans to offer 48 studios, 187 one-bedroom and 86 two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 525 to 1,333 square feet. The project is meant to complement The Mint, an adjacent project also by Bonanni Development that the Planning Commission approved in May. Bonanni plans to remove the existing mobile home retailer and commercial building currently located on the 3.75-acre project site.

The project will also include a fitness facility, co-working spaces, and courtyards. 546 parking spaces will be provided in a seven-story parking garage adjacent to the five-story residential building.
