Today the Anaheim Planning Commission will hear a proposal to construct 156 residential townhomes at 200 West Midway Drive.

The applicant, Encore Capital Management, proposes to demolition all the existing structures on-site to develop the townhomes in 21 separate three-story buildings. The proposed development would include 3-bedroom units with either 3-car garages or 2-car tandem or side-by-side garages and provide 40,615 square feet of common open space.

Two communal open space areas would be provided, each containing recreational amenities such as outdoor dining/lounging areas, a fire pit, and barbecue areas. A swimming pool would be located at the center of the project site, south of the primary project entry. A dog run would be located in the southwest corner of the project site
