139 Townhomes Coming to the City of Placentia

A new residential community is coming to the City of Placentia after the City Council approved a proposal to construct 139 for-sale residential townhomes.

Located at 443 & 455 S. Van Buren Street, the project proposed by DeNova Homes will develop 22, three-story, multifamily buildings with six-floor plans ranging in unit size. A total of 301 parking spaces will be provided, comprised of 254 garage spaces and 47 guest parking spaces throughout the site.

Four open space areas will also be provided which will include both passive and non-passive open space. The passive areas will feature seating areas, trellis shade structures, barbeques, and a fire pit. The non-passive areas will feature a tot lot, bocce court, and a dog park.

Designed by Woodley Architecture Group, the residential buildings will employ a take on Contemporary Craftsman, with elements of Ranch and Mid-Century Modern architecture.
